I cannot imagine doing a water workout without these--definitely worth the money. However, chlorine does its work on the velcro after a time (I'm in the pool 6 days a week), and this is my third pair in two years. Be sure to rinse them well after being in the pool. I'll buy them again without a doubt.

These leg trainers are excellent to cause more resistance in the water. This is my second pair and the only bad thing is the inside liner came loose on the first pair after many times in the pool. If there were and inside liner replacement the problem would be solved.

These ramp up the workload no matter what you are doing in the water. Great for cross-country, current walking, etc. Every time I rotate to other equipment, and then go back to these, the increase in resistance is noticeable. They are extremely sturdy and they don't wear out like some other swim equipment. Just stretch them a bit (by straightening them out) before using if they are too tight when you first get them. Can't imagine what the previous reviewer didn't like. They are great!

Almost as stupid as the hydro arm trainers...offers pitiful little resistance, looks as stupid a design in the water as out. Uncool, uncool...design weirdness pushed to the uber level...Speedo: pull your trousers up to your waist and pay attention to Aquajogger. Now there's an ankle and wrist resistance trainer that works!

Love these. They add great resistance when walking and bicycling in water. Could be larger so they fit larger ankles better and would like to see the particians go all the way around.

Excellent design - stay in place.
Previously wore the blue "foam"strap on ankle/leg trainers and they wore out very quickly, were constantly coming loose, etc.
