I swim 2500 yards beginning at 5:45am every weekday in an outdoor pool. The Speedo Silcone Stretch Fit Swim Cap helps to keep me warm. The cap stays in place very nicely and it doesn't pull my hair.

I love the swim cap. It fits nice and doesn't pull on your hair. I finally found a swim cap that fits my head and you don't have to struggle to put it on.

I bought this for my earlderly mother who swims but cannot get a bathing cap on her head due to her weak hands. This is so tight, even in the largest size, that she is unable to get it on her head. I threw away the bag so I cannot return it. I would have thought that with such a large size this would not be an issue, but she cannot wear it so it was a total waste of money.

I swim 3 times a week as part of my routine, and I have worn this cap for years. I find it is easier to put on and off than a latex or silicone cap, and I find it gives my head a little more warmth than a spandex cap. Unfortunately, this cap has been hard to find in the stores lately, so thank you Swim Outlet for having it in stock!

I am 5' tall average build. My head is average size, so I ordered a "s/m". It turned out to be incredibly tight. Be careful of the sizes. I wish there were some aid to help in sizing these things. JF
