Use to swim laps, 36 laps 3 times a week. Large toe box fits my size 16 feet very comfortable. Foot bed one size for L XL and XXL it appears XXL is accomplished with longer heel strap. Would be nice if sole was longer for us big people. That said if I lost these today I would order replacements before I went to bed tonight. Did I mention how comfortable the are on large feet?
