Bought this with the top for vacation to HI.  Very nice fit, comfortable, and did not ride-up at all.  I'm 5'1" and 135, and my belly isn't very flat, but this suit doesn't make me feel self-conscious about it!   I'm not crazy about the decorative twisty belt part because it's too big and I wish it was stitched to the suit, so it hugged my body; the knot looks lumpy under a shirt/skirt/dress.  But, that's minor considering the suit is a great fit otherwise.
