Fits a little large, but does the job they're supposed to do. Strengthens kick, not long and large kick like with long fins. Makes you work a little harder.

I wear size 13-14. I ordered the 13-15 size fins. TOO BIG! Go a size down if you wear a 13-14 size shoe!!

I ordered it for my 9 years old daughter, her feet is as same long as my feet (I wear size 7 to 7 1/2 shoe), so I ordered the size 6 1/2 to 8 size, but her little heel is too small and too round, she can not make the Fins keeping on her feet, I am not sure what I should do next, return? or just keep it,  we both like it, hopefully, she can fit it later soon. or I suggest her to put a socks on her feet. It is good quality,  nothing wrong with it , just the size.

I have used the original Zoomers for the past 20 yrs.  They finally wore out.  These new Zoomers are very different than what I was used to.  One Zoomer is bigger than the other, specifically wider.  I wish I had gotten one size smaller.  I wear a size 9 women's and bought the Female 8-9.5.  They feel like they are going to fall off when I am kicking, especially the wider one.  Trying to get used to them.

proper kicking ...can be tiring on legs so it must be used judiciously...

I use these fins for my high school swim practice and there slower than everyone elses fins and i have to work a lot harder to keep up with everyone else. they are comfortable but don't work as well as other normall fins.
