I use it for water aerobics if I''m out in the sun too much.  Great for that purpose.

This is a great rash guard but it is extremely tight.  I normally wear a small but it was way too tight.   I ordered the medium and large and could have worn either.  I chose the medium because I liked the snug fit.  If you want to have a looser feel then go for the large.  The colors are great and I like the stripes on the side because they give you a more feminine look.  I have a small chest so it makes me look like I have one.

I loved the look of this but go larger on rash guards.  They fit WAY
snug.  I wear a medium top but I went large in the rash guard.  It was still snug.

2nd try with Sporti Swim Shirt, 1st was different style, same size, too big. This one was so tight I needed help to get it pulled on. Normally wear an 8/10, ordered L, way too tight. Think I''ll try a different brand. Material is nice as is weight.

Ordered a size larger than I normally wear and couldn''t even get this on.

Kept me from burning while snorkeling for 5 hours.  Comfortable and light; wasn''t hot in the Belize sun
