I use the swim fins for aqua exercise while floating vertically in the water with a flotation belt. They are perfect for my purposes. In comparison with larger fins they permit me to have betteer balance while using a bicycle kick. I can move my legs faster and with a wider range of motion. Since greater speed causes greater resistance I get a more vigorous workout with greater control of my body''s motion.

Use these for my swimming excersise laps and they are great, Really help me to go faster when I remember to kick in
co-ordinatiion with my strokes. When I do they are brilliant.
I have very narrow feet so these fit better than others I have tried on. So I would say they are true to size for a lot of people.

I like these-comfortable-easy to put on-stay on when swimming.

I like these and they were a substitute for worn out blue zoomers. They do feel a little loose but do not slip. Have used them 3 times and look forward to evealuating them after more use.

Light, airy and really feel like part of you. Easy to slip on, and to carry. Such an improvement over old Zoomers.

I'm learning how to swim and my instructor suggested using fins.  I used club fins then decided I wanted the convenience and access that my own fins would offer.
The new fins feel comfortable and offer a great workout.  At first I was put off by the gold color but have changed my opinion as I'm the only swimmer with the gold fins so they are sure to remain in my possession.
