True to size. I haven't had a chance to compete in it yet, but using it for practice it has functioned very well. The pad is awesome, you don't even know it's there.

This was my first tri suit purchase. Overall I am satisfied with it thus far. Comfortable, true fit, comfortable pad. Really like the technology on the bottom of the shorts that keep them in place. Well worth the money. I would buy another.

Glad I got it :) I will be doing my First Tri in Sept and I was told to get this :) I am 5''10'''' I weigh 190 lbs and I got a size L. it is form fitting and snug but it is supposed to be snug if you plan on swimming in it I was told :) Recommend it highly :)
