I'm 6', 41" chest, 36" waist, 210lbs. According to Tyr's size chart that should easily be a Large. The Large I got was so small I literally could not pull it on over my shoulders, so I was never able to try it. It was actually only slightly too big for my 8-year-old nephew who is small for his age. This had to be a child's Large.
In addition, the fabric was odd. It felt stiff, almost like paper, and you could barely breathe thru it, so not sure how cool or wicking it would be. The lone rear pocket has only an elastic band holding it "closed". Would this open and catch water during a swim?
Craig and Swim Outlet get top scores for handling my issue. He said it's possible the size was mis-labeled at the factory and promptly issued a return for it hassle-free. Would not hesitate to order from them again!
