I used it for swim practice. As a kickboard, it does not have much floatation and its seems better fitted for kids learning to swim and for people that need to put their head in the water while kicking. As a pullbouy, it is uncomfortable because it keeps hitting the back parts of my butt and also does not have much floatation. It is a better idea to get seperate pullbouys and kickboards.

This is used a few times a week for recreational lap swimming.  It is very light weight and fits easily into our "swimming bag".  It functions very well between the legs as a pulley as well as for a kick board.  I was skeptical about buying this item at first but have no regrets and would recommend it to others!

I love my TYR aquafoil (which is discontinued) and wanted to get something similar for my kids. So glad someone decided to make something similar and price was so RIGHT! Love that it's a 2 in 1!
