Purchased for my 5 year old daughter. Ordered a size 8 hoping it would last her a couple of swim seasons. She''ll probably out grow it next season. Item runs small. Although, it does have a thin neoprene layer covering the core so maybe it''s supposed to fit snug for warmth.

my 5 yo likes the look, my 2 yo does not feel warmer in it, well made, get the bigger size, circumference is loose fitting for slim kids

Our summer swim team practices at the high school pool which is much cooler than their regular practice pool. The added insulation really helped in keeping my 7 year old, who has no body fat, warmer. I have since ordered my 8 year old one for practice.
