I was hesitant to get this because of "old school" mentality of meditating in seiza but after feeling the discomfort in my ankles and knees after years of abuse I finally used this as part of my meditation and I cannot be happier. I can use this in seiza or full lotus and it maintains the position of my lower body which gives me the ability to correct my posture and not think of anything else (i.e. pain in my joints). I only with I had more time in the day to meditate. I am extremely happy with this product and will buy one for my wife in the near future. Thanks Hugger Mugger.

This did exactly what I was hoping, and I particularly like the buckwheat filling over others as it''s a little more formable.  Only negative so far is that it has leaked a little bit of buckwheat; barely noticeable though.
