	Heaven - so comfortable

This mat is so comfortable. I do kundalini yoga at home and this mat cushions the knees and back beautifully. It does not move and really could sleep on it. Because of the cushioning to my back and knees, I am able to do longer yoga routines. I highly recommend for use at home. It is big and bulky for travel and bringing to a yoga class - would recommend a different mat for that.
