My jute mat is like no other mat that I''ve ever used. It''s not the most plush mat out there, but it helps my muscles hug the bone, keeping me ever so mindful about each pose. I''ve called it my yogi bed of nails. The rough texture also reminds me to keep my poses light and organic, breathing through the pose. I love it! Plus it''s biodegradable!
