Size: Feels too small

I thought this would work for me, since I was ordering the same size and similar shirred style as another Penbrooke suit that I have (sz16).  Unfortunately, the suit runs very small.  It is hard to tell if the suit would be flattering if it were a size up or not.  The styling could be a little nicer.  There is no interest at all on the back of the suit, making it seem cheap.
