I use it to count swimming laps. Only complaint is it''s not waterproof and I have to be careful with it.

I use this to track my laps while swimming.  I tend to "zone" and forget what lap I am on- so this helps to keep me focused.  The directions for use are clear and easy to understand.  The large button in the center is the one used to advance the counter, so you can easily press it without looking.  I have been keeping it in a ziploc bag to protect it from the water, so I cannot say how it would hold up to constant water exposure.  I just sit it on the edge of the pool and it is easily accessed through the plastic bag.  Very glad I bought it!  Excellent quality and super price.
