It's perfect for spin class. I bought it specifically for yoga. I am typically a size medium (6/8 top, B cup) which is what I ordered here. Here is what I really like about this tank. The length is perfect, it's very soft, and I really like the way the straps look back and front. It's very cute.
The problem I had was that in some positions (e.g., down dog), the top is too low, and I feel as if I am going to pop out. It's possible for A cups this would be fine.
I wear it now with a little bra top under it when I go to yoga class. This shouldn't really be necessary since it has a built in shelf bra.
It does feel 'true to size' in terms of the length and width. The only issue is the top front could come up a little higher.
