So I agree with others who feel that the speedo swim shirts run a little big, or I should say, long. The width or volume of the torso seems normal, but the length of the shirt and sleeves seems a little long. Also, the neck is loose and low like a regular T-shirt, rather than the mock style that is more typical of a swim shirt. My wife thought it looked fine, while others have agreed that it looked long, so it is clearly a subjective issue which explains the different opinions about it in the reviews. So a more objective description would be that it comes down to my crotch and elbows which is longer than a T-shirt of the same size, but the width seems normal. The extra length may help the shirt from riding up in the water, and the light blue color on the bottom of the shirt feels like an iron-on type of material, which I think also increases water repellency and hopefully will prevent the stretching out that occurred with my last speedo shirt. I just wish speedo made a small as I would prefer a slightly snugger fit for swimming.

Wore it to the beach. It fit really well like a regular t-shirt (not tight). Had a nice look and although we were out on the beach in full sun from 8 am - 4 pm did not get sunburned (at least where the shirt was). Our faces got burned so this really worked well.
