I purchased a size 44 which according to the Louis Garneau sizing chart should be a 10.5 in US size. I normally wear a 10 but my experience with tri shoes is that they are tight so i go a half-size larger. These were too short in length but very wide and bulky through the middle. I was afraid to go larger because it felt like my foot would be rolling around in the heel and mid section. After riding with them a few times, the length is definitely too short while the middle and heel are loose. Also, the heel is high and irritates the back of my ankle. You may like these if you have a short, wide foot, but for me these just don''t feel comfortable.

I bought these shoes to use for triathlons, so I use them without socks.  I''ve put about 100 miles on them so far training.  Very comfortable on my size 50 feet.  I seem to get good power transfer with these.  Would definitely recommend them.
