it''s a little thinner than speedo silicone caps, but that works well for me. i get waaaaay too hot in the thicker silicone caps (i have to put ice under it to keep the headache at bay) and latex ones are sometimes too tight and give me a horrible headache. sporti silicone caps are wonderfully easy to get on, thick enough to be durable, but thin enough to let my head stay cool and headache free.
