	Much smaller than size chart says

Great color, well made, and cute, but not as sized! I'm only 36 in the hip and ordered a size small, which turned out to be too small. So I ordered this medium (which, according to the size chart, should fit 39 1/2 to 41" hips!). It's still pretty tight. Now I'm waiting on a size large, to see if that will fit. BTW, don't believe the delivery time. It took 10 business days for me to get this, and I'm on my 7th business day waiting for my size large. So if you're in a hurry, better pay for expedited shipping.
