I am 5''5 1/2" 125 pounds, 36 inch bust. The Medium was quite snug, so I returned it , and there are no larges available. I did like the design and piping which added to the top to make it look interesting, and THINK the lg would have fit.The cups did not have much room , it seems to be more flattering for those with less happening in the bust area
