Size: Feels true to size

I had not bought a swimsuit in many, many years and was not very hopeful that I could find one that I could actually wear without absolutely cringing. This suit is exactly what I wanted--flattering styling and high-quality workmanship.

i bought this to wear with a tankini top for an upcoming vacation.   I'm in my mid 40s and really am not comfortable in most swimsuit bottoms so I went looking for a good swimshort that would still look cute.  I tried on a lot of swim/board shorts and this was by far the best.  so many of them seem to be cut for juniors but this one was more suited for my figure.  It hugs your legs so it still looks sleek and doesnt get in your way when you're swimming.  It sems to be mid rise and it isn't too long so the coverage is just right.  5'9" and usually wear a 10-12.  I bought the 14 because it seems like swimwear usually runs small.  I'm keeping it but i really could have used the 12.
