I didn't like the taste of water drinking out of an aluminum or plastic water bottle.  The water taste like water using this glass bottle.  It is also easy to clean and doesn't hold any soapy residue like plastic can.  I have dropped it and it hasn't broken.  Love it!!!!!  I drink more water then I ever have and I feel great. The only bad thing I can say is sometimes the top is hard to screw on and off.  Don't tighten to hard.
