Sound structure, lightwweight and really good fit. As an extra bonus I love the bold colors. I use the guide 5 for 18 mile runs or below. The Mirage series I use for 18 miles and above. Saucony shoes are very well designed and can sure take a beating. I intiially bought this shoe because of the high marks from runners world. Now I can also give it high marks.
