Used this for a sprint tri. The padding is thin, but remember this is normal so they dry quickly after the swim portion of the tri and don''t have too much bulk for the run. Sizing is true. I am a 26 in waist and 32 in bust, and the small is perfect. Leg grips are comfortable and don''t dig into the thighs for that dreaded "sausage" look. Waist is low rise. 4" inseam is perfect for petite people. I am 5'' 3" and it''s just right.

I am very disappointed with these shorts. First of all, I went by the size chart and ordered a medium, which is my normal size-but when i received them they were way too small. Even though they are meant to be tight, I would recommend going up a size when you ordering to save yourself from disappointment!
