It is great vest, no doubt about it.  It is a light, windproof, and traps heat for the wearer.  But it is not a good cycling or triathlon vest as it feels big (so lite it billows fully open) but becomes really form fitting around the chest, true to size but feels small. It can be used for cycling or triathlon as long as the user knows that it is really meant to be either all the way closed or partway open. It''s a great running, jogging, walking or every day best when the temperature is so cold since there is no insulation.  Great addition to your sports or even every day wardrobe. Very lite vest & good for layering.
