I'm 6'1 and 185 lbs. The XL fits as it should, but I prefer my clothing a bit on the roomy side. The XXL is perfect. This top is great for long course racing, pockets, breaths and has great coverage from the elements. The length is a bit long to cover you while biking and running. Overall a great top from 2XU.
