	Funny gather at thigh level

The size was right, mainly. There is a gather right at the widest point of my legs (like another waist line). It wasn't flattering and made it difficult to walk. Not a swim cover material at all. Pretty material pattern- and long like the picture shows.

	This dress is going to be versatile on my cruise to the Caribbean!

I love the design and the way it looks. The lining is smaller than the dress, and made of an inflexible material--therefore it feels tighter than it should.
