Medium just barely fits my 31-32 inch waist so I have to give a little tug up on the back once in awhile to maintain coverage.  This is an amazing and eye catching suit.  The bright red-orange color screams confidence and makes a statement to those observant enough to notice.  I wear it to practice but because I live in a conservative state, I like to wear it under my navy or white Zumo American stars suits which I peel off at the last minute before mounting the block at swim meats.  I really think it boosts my performance and I have been asked repeatedly where I got it.
