Perfect snug fit, I am 5' 11" 190Pnds. I use these for Jogging every night and excellent compression, no muscle pain after, I already had a pair I bought almost 2 years ago and still perfect, just wanted to get a second pair in case the old one gives up. The ankle part of the tights are a little tight and hard to slip on and off but other than that they are perfect. "I strongly recomend these."
