Adjustable band, so in my opinion , it gives better support than other knee braces, although the velcro is a little long for my skinny leg, but that is easily fixed cutting the velcro.

I use one on each knee when I play tennis. I find it helps give me some extra support for my knees, especially during direction changes. I have had other straps that could come loose during play. This one does not come loose.
