the first 2 did not work,  swim outlet accepted the returns easily, wonderful service !!! The third one's the charm, works great and majorly extended my swim time.  don't get bored anymore, hope it continues to work, am confident of swim outlet's return poklicy !!!

I recently acquire two of this players, one for me and one for my friend.
It was meant to replace my previous player "Freestyle" which I got from Swimoutlet 4 years ago and was excellent.
I have been using the water proof MP3 players for kite surfing.
This specific player, the Uwater G4 is very small and easy to carry and conceal, it can store a lot of music and it is easy to load with songs and to use.
After the first day in the water one of the buds of the headset was not working and i could only hear music from one bud.  I did contact Swim outlet online and they sent me a full replacement right away.  They have an excellent policy for customer service, and in the past I had a similar issue with the Freestyle MP3 player and also send me a replacement.  So there is a strong customer support service at Swim outlet.
The actual sound quality of this small player is excellent and it is too soon to know if it will last.  At least I can praise one more time the customer service of swim outlet, that is why i buy there with confidence

Loved when I got the MP3 player; fairly easy to load from my MAC. Great size; fit nicely on my goggles; Excited to try it, but after the first 30 minutes in the pool the headdphones died. Sent it back--Swim oulet was great about that. Am trying  a Finis that doesn't have headphones now; so far the sound is great and no headdphones to worry about

Computer won't recognize it.  I have a Mac 9.0 or higher as they recommend, still doesn't work.

PC does not recognize the player. Thought it was because I had not turned it on. So, I turned it on plug it into my PC and it has not worked since. Yes, sending it back as quickly as possible.
