Watch yourself swim and see what the coaches see. Swim Mirrors provide instant feedback to help improve all four strokes. They are easily placed on the bottom of the pool and may be removed when practice is complete. Each is designed to be placed end-to-end or in sections of the pool lane, allowing swimmers to see themselves above the mirror as they swim. The mirrors are equipped with corner holes to attach to one another or to hang from a wall for flip turns - enabling swimmers to see their stroke from a head-on view. The Swim Mirror also works for stationary swimming.
Made of an unbreakable and reinforced polished aluminium sheet Weighs less than 3 lbs. each 45.5" x 28"

Our synchro club hangs these on the side of the pool. It takes a little fiddling and we have to weight the bottoms so they don't float around, but they do the trick! Our coaches find they are a great training tool.

The mirror gets used at almost every practice. My swimmers ask for it to be put in the lane and we have to rotate lanes so every one can has a chance to see themselves swim. I also use the mirror in my parent and child aquatics class to get the children to put their faces in the water.

This is a great training tool. However, at almost $100 each, they bend way too easily. Bending occurs when swimmers are asked to return the mirrors to be stored and as they attempt to lift them off the bottom of the pool, suction holds the mirror down and the metal quickly bends. When this occurs, severe image distortion results. Of the 4 mirrors I bought for my team, 2 were bent within the first day. I understand that with more patience the mirrors can be lifted without bending, but as an experienced swim coach, I know that this type of patience from swimmers (especially young ones) is hard to come by. Again, great training tool, but not worth the money.
