I swim laps with the shirt. The indoor pool is cool late at night or early in the morning. The shirt warms me up nicely. I am 6'' 1" 64 years old weigh 260; 48 chest 47 waist. It was a very tight fit dry but expanded nicely in the water. It needs to be tight to keep water out and is. The wrists were a little loose; water will come in. I solved this by pulling the sleeves to my forearms. I swim a lot of laps and I do have to keep pulling them up.The botton rides up as I swim. This is more an anatomy problem than shirt. I am going to look at a shorty one piece to solve the ride-up. I am very happy with the shirt. It is often the difference in going to the pool and not and winter has just begun. I like the .5 thickness, very little drag. I don''t know about long term but it seems well made.

I use this top to wear in the swimming pool as it is not heated. Keeps my upper body warm in the cold water. Good product.

I bought this with the size specifications given. overall out fit heat however the neck seal is too big. Also for the price the material is very thin and cheap. Two thumbs down.
