I did not like this towel at all. It is very slippery. I do hot yoga and would absolutely not recommend this towel.

Simple.  I now have 3 of the same towel for my daily Bikram practice so I''ll always have one to use while washing the others.  It''s organic cotton & absorbs the sweat so my mat doesn''t get as stinky.  It''s the same size as the yoga mat so my head & feet are not on my yoga mat & I am now keeping my arms closer to my body during a proper dead body pose because of the size.  The organic cotton is much more pleasant than the microfiber ultra light towels for Bikram, especially when your face is on the mat.  The natural organic unbleached white reflects light & simplifies things.
