These fins fit good are are comfortable during my work-out, however, I am disappointed in their performance. They seem a little too stiff and the propulsion created by the kick is a little weak as compared to other fins I have used. I like the Speedo fins much better, but they kept splitting so I tried these. I would much rather have the TYR or Speedo fins from a performance stand point. I only bought these to try something different.

I''m trying to find a comfortable fin that will not rip.  This seems to be the answer but the stiffness creates a discomfort on hard kick intervals that I''m concerned could create shin splints.   Any suggestions?

Very happy with my purchase....my toes cramp with longer fins. These are just right.

After reading the first review on how these fins run big and other reviews on foot booties, this is what I did. I wear 9.5-10 mens shoes. I ordered the 9.5-10.5 size fins along with Medium size Finis 1/2 foot booties. With the foot booties, these fins are skin tight without being too tight and work beautifully. The boot is supple rubber are are a easy to put on. If you are just over a size 10 shoe, these fins should fit nicely WITHOUT the booties. Otherwise I would recommend the next size up fin size up for use WITH the next size booties - size large. The foot booties are really comfortable and will save your feet from chafing as well.

I wear as size 11 in mens shoes, so I ordered the 11-12. Yeah that was a big mistake because these things are like boats, and create more drag then propeling. The design of the fins is not the greatest, and the quality of the material is low. I would not recommend these to anyone. I would recommend the orange and blue ones from speedo. I would return these in a heart beat, but have been used :(
