I have a lot of problems with blisters, and these socks protect my feet well. They are also nice and light, while providing sufficient coverage in key areas.

Terrific compression under my instep, with just the right amount of cushion in the forefoot. I have a regular gait (no pronation or supination) and I don''t have a ''flat foot''. I run about 15 miles per week and these work great for me. I also wear them as a primary layer under hiking socks when I hike (once or twice a month).
