I love this tights I have 3 of them now and fits perfectly. I''m 5.6 and weight 114 lbs and size S feels really great. I even borrow these to my sister who is 5.2 and weighs 138 lbs and the tights fit her too; it wrinkles a little at the end of the leg but she feels great on these too. It can take many shapes. I use this to run marathons it gives great support to my legs and knees. The fabric tends to be a bit warm so you might get hot. When this happens in a competition I use water to wet my legs and that does the trick. You don''t want to use this on temperatures around 70 or above.

Bought my first pair while training for a half marathon and absolutely love them for long distance running.  The compression during the workout is great and muscle recovery is wonderful !  Yes, these will feel snug at first but that is exactly what you want.  According to the chart I should order a small and it was right on the money.

what I love is the support and true compression in all the right places. I was dissapointed to have two small holes after just one use. I wish the materal was a bit stronger and after looking at other ladies in them, they seem a little see through. I had a PR while wearing them, my legs felt great!
