These were a waste of money. Both pens leaked ink all over when using them, but if you didn't push a little on the tip - nothing would happen. Just a big mess.

These are fun and colorful additions to swim meets and lifeguarding and just generally any time you want a "tattoo." They work as described and the colors are bold and semi-permanent till washed off. They do fade if you are in the water all day and may need re-application. Finally they are very runny when first opened, so be careful not to push the nib in too much to avoid getting more liquid than you want.
