I was excited to find these as I didn't like writing on my daugter with a regular permanent marker, but sadly they don't cut it.  The color is good and stays on, but comes out of the pen very fast and heavy. The writing is ends up very thick and difficult to read.  I now just use them for pictures and use the permanent marker again to write her information.
