I picked up this book to read with hesitation about this whole new natural running thing, but I thought I would give it a chance. I am so glad I did simple coz it changed a lot of things in my life. I love to run but as i got older I started having knee issues, plantar fasciitis issue etc. what the writer did her is made me realize he was absolutely true about the natural running form, the kind of shoes to run in. since then I had no issues with my knees, I ran over 85 miles so far with this new form, I keep telling all my friends about it, and moreover, my pace is way faster than it used to be. a great read, highly recommend it.
