I returned this because it was too small. I opted for a zip up jacket instead. Am using it for winter swim classes outdoors and for cold day kayaking. Arm movement isn't as great for aerobic exercises. Would probably keep a person very warm.

was disappointed fit was to big and around the chest and arms keeps filling up with water.the bottom keeps inching up even with pull string.the only saving grace is the neck zip

It fits much tighter than I hoped. I am in the process of returning it, but we are getting ready to go on a trip and so it may be 3 weeks or so before I can mail it.
