I got this for my 16 mo. old daughter.  We bought the smallest size they offered.  She is petite so it is a bit loose on her, but she will grow into it.  We have tried it out once at the pool and she seems to be comfortable in it.  We like that you can adjust the bouyancy of the vest.  We have swim class starting soon, so we will get the true test then, but so far so good!

this was perfect for my daughter to use while swimming in the lake.  She is a good swimmer but due to murky water we wanted her to have some type of flotation that didn't interfere with her swimming.  Cute fin she loved.  Was tighter than I expected on her.
