Swim laps 3+ times per week. The colors are great. Choices to match most any suit. The fit is quite small. Hair keeps coming out, cap slides off. Had a different brand before, didn''t have these problems. Next time I will choose a different option.

I have wore it a few times for swim meets. I have the black & gold one because those are my school colors. It is silcone, and comfortabe to wear. It feels smooth in the water and it does not pull out any of your hair when you take it off. Overall, great product, no complaints.
