Short of a wind tunnel how do you really tell if or how much faster it is.  But, it seemed like my wind resistance was a good bit lower.  The face shield certainly helps and fortunately it''s cooled off a little in Florida or the face shield would be too hot.  

So far, just training rides but it will be used for triathlons.  For regular group rides I''ll use an old school helmet.

It seemed a littly heavier than I would expect.  Construction quality excellent (after 5 rides) and it''s comfortable.

Amazing helmet, fits well and first time wearing it posted my fastest time trial split all year!
