We ordered this vest in a Lg for my son who is about 140 lbs and is pretty long and thin and it fits him good. Vest runs a bit small. Otherwise a very nice vest with lower back support. Excellent value for the money.

O'Neill size chart on line shows wetsuit sizing and is different than the sizing for vests. Inside the large vest it reads chest size 38 - 40. Not 42!!! Beware.
