We purchased 3 of these to take a group photo of at a family reunion.  My 18 month old niece who wears a 2T was not able to squeeze her head into a size 3T.  We know that we always have to order a size larger than normal, but we could tell even if she had gotten her head in - this would have still been a tight fit.  So MAD to have this issue even though we knew to order larger than needed.  Sorry, but the head HAS to go in!!  This is going back.
