E.S.P workout focuses on 3 aspects: endurance, strength, and power. Fast-moving, interval, circuit workout designed to increase your endurance, strength, and power. Includes cycles of 3-minute cardiovascular activity, followed by a 1-minute strength training, and finally 40 seconds of high-intensity, power movements.
