i actually bought this cap for my grand daughter to wear at bedtime because she twirls her hair so badly that it was falling out. for that it has helped a great deal

Well made.  This fits my 5 year old very well.  I wanted a fabric cap for her since the rubber/silicon  ones pull her hair.

1st time my daughter has used a swim cap.  One was given from the school, but once she wore this one, never wore the school's again!  Easy on and off...much more comfortable.

My 7 yr old daughter uses this for her swim team practice. She has thick, long, wavy hair and this keeps it in place without hurting her head. Easy to put  on and does not snag when taken off or adjusted. It is not water proof so I'm sure it is not the most streamlined for speed. Also seems to wear out easily as it is fabric, not as snug now as when it was new. But this is the one that she prefers over the silicone ones.

My daughters hated wearing the nylon caps because the nylon caps always gave them headaches.  And one of my daughters can not stand to have her hair pulled.  These are the perfect answer.  They have some "give" which allows them to come on and off much easier than the nylon caps, but they still stay on during swim competitions and swim lessons.

This is the easiest cap to get on a little girl's head--no tugging, no crying, no arguing, no pain.  It does allow water in, so that might feel a little funny at first, and it does need to be rinsed and allowed to air dry after each use, but if you have a daughter with long hair, it's well worth it!
